The adventure begins with two iconic treats from the Hogwarts Express: you'll assemble Pumpkin Pasties using pre-made ingredients, then roll up your sleeves for the Hogwarts Great Hall Sausage Rolls — savory, flaky, and utterly satisfying. Then the real magic happens as young Chefs take over the kitchen to bake Mrs. Weasley's Plum Cake from scratch — a warmly spiced, homey cake straight from the Weasley family kitchen — and whip up a batch of Mrs. Weasley's Chocolate Fudge, rich, sweet, and irresistible. And on-tap throughout class: warm, frothy mugs of Hogsmeade Butterbeer, the most beloved drink in the wizarding world, one that our Chef will demonstrate how your young wizard can make.
