What we collect
When you book a class, create an account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any dietary restrictions or comments you share with your booking.
How we use it
We use your information to process bookings and payments, send confirmations, reminders, and other messages about your classes, and to operate and improve our website.
Who we share it with
- Square — processes your payment when you book. Your card details go directly to Square; we never see or store your full card number.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. When you book or sign in, contact details such as your email address, phone number, and name are securely hashed in your browser and shared with Meta so your visit can be matched to your Facebook account for ad measurement and to improve the ads you see. When you complete a booking, our servers also send Meta the purchase details with the same hashed contact information (Meta Conversions API).
- Google — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand site traffic and measure advertising, which may include hashed contact details for conversion measurement.
- OpenAI — we use the OpenAI pixel to measure how our ads perform, including recording when a class registration is completed.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your account details at any time from your account page. To request a copy or deletion of your information, contact us at 913-341-4455 or in person at either of our kitchens.
